SkyData is a comprehensive data science and business automation cloud platform that allows its users to easily create end to end data processing pipelines that run at scale. SkyData allows programmers to easily write and deploy their data processing applications using familiar programming languages, such as Python, while also empowering non-programmers to create production grade workflows via spreadsheets and interactive flowchart diagrams. SkyData enables better collaboration between programmers and non-programmers, with programmers utilizing the Python APIs, and non-programmers utilizing spreadsheets. Both users will build scalable systems together via the flowchart editor, which allows large scale data pipelines to be built in a visual environment, enabling unprecedented ease of development and transparency of an organization’s entire data pipeline.
SkyData allows businesses to mix and match their cloud experience by seamlessly running on both our cloud platform and our customers' own on-prem infrastructure.

SkyData's mission is to enable improved business automation by empowering non-programmers to wield the power of cloud computing and distributed computing via an easy to use visual environment. SkyData enables never before seen levels of colaboration between programmers and business users through its seamless integration with programming languages such as Python.
Spread sheets and flow chart diagrams are staples of business operations. SkyData makes these concepts first class citizens in its cloud environment, allowing anyone who can create a flow chart, or write a spread sheet to be just as productive as professional programmers. Rather than having shadow IT operations building pseudo-production systems in Excel, IT and engineering departments can instead leverage SkyData in order to collaborate with their business colleagues by chaining together spread sheets, Python scripts, and more in flow chart diagrams.
Cloud computing has been responsible for major productivity gains among software developers, but traditional cloud platforms require highly technical staff to utilize and maintain them. SkyData can be utilized by non-technical users, and you don't need to write any code to utilize SkyData's cluster computing environment. We believe that SkyData's approach of empowering non-technical users can seriously boost the productivity and automation capabilities of our customers.
